The Rebuild Paradise Foundation, professional design partners and sponsors are proud to bring you this online resource for a build in the Camp Fire footprint. The Residential Floor Plan Library is designed to help you save money and the time in designing a home. This Library allows you to view and get access to low cost* residential floor plans, their corresponding elevations, 3-D renderings (when available) and virtual reality walk throughs (when available). The following home designs have been master planned (as indicated in the plan description) to the standards set forth by the Town of Paradise and/or the County of Butte. Master planning will support the majority of properties. However, some challenging topographies, soils and site specifics may require additional design work outside of master planning.
The plans in the library have been made available by the generous donations of the Design Professional (Architect, Designer or Engineer). When you elect to “begin the process” of getting access to the plans, you will be connected to the Design Professional who drew and owns the plans. This professional can work with you to prepare the plans for your unique property. There are many steps to get a plan ready for your property and the Design Professional will walk you through this.
As an added incentive to help with the rebuild effort in Butte County, the Rebuild Paradise Foundation and affiliate organizations, may have grants available to help with some of the costs of getting your property build ready. When prompted, please indicate your interest so you can be notified of any grants you may qualify for.
*Note: Access to the plans as drawn is free. The process of additional steps to create a “site plan” that makes this plan fit with your unique property, and the creation of the plan set for submittal, will come at an additional charge that is agreed to between you and the Design Professional plan owner (Architect, Designer or Engineer). Further, property owners will be responsible for all permit fees charged by the municipality.
**Note: The intent of these plans is to support the rebuild of our community through access by individual households. If you are a developer or real estate investor/ landlord, please reach out directly to the Design Professional and inquire about the use of these plans on multiple properties.
